Twofaced- goto GW.com and login-click on the "Got Feedback" icon-scrool the drop-down list and click on "Prize Inquiry"(damn i can't spell that fkin word) and request w/e you want from the daily prizes.
Let me know if that works.

I already tried everything so I have the GW guys working on the problem. when you win it shows right up when you log in your a winner then you click on that and it brings you to the prizes you can claim

Also I am talking with Do0mZday-I don't know what exactly he does for them but a higher up i know that- Anyway I have been helping him improve the GW site and we got to talking scrims, and apparently GW is interested in making a ladder for CS:S so like the winning clan gets a prize of alot of tokens- we've just recently started talking about that and wanted to give yall the heads-up in case yall have any ideas we can try to get them to implement.

Just an update I got word about a week ago that GW is going to go ahead with a "ladder/Scrim System" don't have a timeline for it yet but from the input i've given them it should be pretty kickass with a load of options, so we've got that to look forward to.
